Neustift nestles in the Stubai Valley, just off the Brenner Pass, and sits at a height of 1000m. This picturesque village offers more than just pretty scenery though, with 130kms of piste and terrain to suit all levels of expertise, skiing in Neustift is popular with both the young and old.

Easy runs on the Stubai Glacier make great practice areas for beginners. While Schlick 2000, the Elfer and the glacier provide some stunning scenic runs for the intermediate. Expert skiers will find plenty of challenges worth their while, with a choice of off-piste as well. But really the piece de resistance for the advanced will be the 'Wilden Grub'n' - a 10km route with a total of 1,500m drop!

Snowboarders will find loads to challenge them in the Stubai Valley and 'Schlick 2000' has a fun park and half pipe. The Glacier too provides lots of open free-ride terrain with natural kickers

Nightlife on a Neustift holiday can be as lively or as sedate as you like, with a selection of bars and nightclubs to sample. There’s a variety of restaurants – from the traditional to the specialized and none will break the bank.

For the all-round Austrian winter experience, you have to do some tobogganing, go ice skating and even try your hand at curling, or take a sleigh ride. But, if you’d rather exercise indoors, then swimming, bowling and tennis are also available here.

Neustift has the right blend of skiing, nightlife and activities making it attractive to families as well.
