History lovers will appreciate the ancient roman bridge and Puig de Missa, a 16th century building overlooking the town, once used as a defensive post against pirates. 

Santa Eulalia has become the gastronomic centre of Ibiza, thanks to its street of restaurants known as Calle San Vicente. Traffic to the street is closed in the evening, when tables and chairs are laid out and it is devoted to culinary pastimes. At the same time, evening entertainment can be found on the main street Calle San Jaime.
