Whilst fairly limited for the advanced skier, the “Wall”, a black mogul field, offers up some exciting challenges and the resort does boast an international slalom course.

The wide open runs of the area make ideal training terrain for the first time snowboarder. Great too for boarders who just want to perfect their technique.

Après ski is lively and action packed. A number of local bars and nightclubs are popular gathering places for skiers. Eating out is very good value too, with prices you simply won’t believe and the local restaurants all offer extensive menus.

Off piste activities on your Pamporovo ski holiday include swimming, bowling and folklore nights. For the history buff, Bachkovo Monastery is an ideal day out, and the shopper won’t be disappointed at the bargains to be had in Plovdiv.
