Los Gigantes is a stunning resort set in a rocky cove, facing the Atlantic on the west coast of Tenerife. The resort is named after its famous cliffs, ‘The Cliffs of the Giant’, that tower 800 metres over the sea.

It is home to a black volcanic sandy beach that lies at the foot of the cliffs, which is popular with families. Beside the beach is a bustling marina, with expensive yachts and fishing boats and a hive of activity.

Diving, sailing and deep-sea fishing are all available at the marina and boat trips up and down the coastline regularly depart from here. They are a great way to see the cliffs up close, while dolphins and whales can also be spotted.

The town is traditional and picturesque with steep and narrow winding streets. It has many restaurants and bars and a good range of shops, selling everything from designer clothes to souvenuirs.

Los Gigantes holidays are blissfully relaxed and show the quieter side of Tenerife, yet the resort has everything to match the holidaymaker’s needs.
