Dassia is a popular atmospheric resort on the east coast of Corfu, only 14 kilometres from Corfu Town.

The local beach is a mix of shingle and pebbles, instead of sand, but it has developed a reputation as a haven for watersports. Dassia also has its own nightlife to boast of with bars, restaurants and clubs, but less intense than that found in Ipsos or Corfu.
