Kolios lies in an attractive bay close to Skiathos Town on the south coast of the island. The resort offers a pleasant mixture of sandy beaches, pretty winding streets and delicious local food. It is very popular with visitors looking for a quiet base from which to enjoy the island.

Its beach is tucked away between two wooded headlands and is where most of holidays in Kolios will be spent. Watersports and activities are based at one end of the sand, while the other side is much quieter.

Plenty of great places for a delicious evening meal are available, while it is only a stone’s throw away from all that Skiathos Town has to offer, including its lively nightlife.

There is a very modest nightlife in Kolios, but many visitors see this as its main appeal. Nature lovers will feel at home here, with scenic walks very popular in the local countryside.
