no faults - would love air-con next time though!

This hotel is very good, simple, no frills but clean. Maybe it’s in need of a spruce up but hey. We stayed in a junior suite which was a good size and well looked after by the cleaning staff. I only wish that there was air conditioning because it could become pretty stifling at night. The grounds of the complex are very good and suitable for all types of people either children, young groups or older people with a fantastic pool and room to relax and chill out. A good idea is to stay all-inclusive with a good selection of food and drink available. The resort of San Agustin is fairly quiet which suited us so I’d say if you’re after somewhere more exciting go to Playa del Ingles.
