This is a nice clean hotel but very dated and needs to be renovated. That aside, it is very clean and I had very enjoyable stay here. The pool area is terrific and the gardens are very nice. The hotel opens onto the beach which is really wonderful. The clientele for the hotel is varied with English, irish, german and Scandinavian guests who all seem very nice and respectable. Entertainment is on every night but finishes at 11 pm. This hotel probably wouldn’t suit young people much. Although we didn’t pay 5 star prices, the hotel is listed as being 5 star which I don’t think it should be. This might put people off if they come to the hotel expecting more than they are going to get.
