Good but not great

I thought this was a nice hotel but it just needed a good makeover. The staff worked really hard although it was hard to get served at the bar. The pool needed cleaning too and there was tiles missing, it was just a little shabby. It's be a good 3 star but I don't think it's quite a four star hotel
