definition of cheap and cheerful

Nice staff, decor is a bit naff but the place is really clean (although one cockroach spotted!!) the definition of cheap and cheerful. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make some basic meals. There wee a few rowdy and drunk young people that ruinied things a bit but what can ya do.
