Big hotel and not cramped around the pool

This is a very big hotel, so if you’re looking for something small and personal, then this is not for you. The swimming pool area is the best part, it’s large and not cramped at all, but none of the pools have a shallow end, so not good for kids or adults who dislike being out of their depth. We stayed in a standard room and, whilst nothing major, they’re very basic and could do with some updating. Rooms are kept scrupulously clean though, which is the important thing. Staff were generally attentive and happy to please, but some of the bar staff could be a bit offhand. All in all, we did have a good holiday.
