Mediocre stay because of staff

The hotel was fine in general the rooms and pool were fine. but the staff did not really make it a particularly enjoyable stay. We ran out of towels quite quickly and when we asked for more they were not in any hurry to help us out. the staff in general made you feel as if you were annoying them when you were really just asking them to do their job.
