Nice on the outside

I was always impressed with the look of this hotel on the way to Sousse, so decided to stay there on one of my trips. It looks like a marble palace on the outside. Very disappointing inside and the rooms are very basic. Had to change rooms as door wouldn’t lock. Decor is drab. Breakfast is bland, ate in the a la carte restaurant at the front and it was lovely. Why do the male staff in this hotel think they can hassle women for a date, it is so annoying! Why do the cleaners only make a special effort to put flowers-imitation ones in your bedroom the day before you leave, do they actually think we are so stupid that they are going to get a great tip for one effort? The pool is small. Didn’t enjoy my stay there and wouldn’t go back. No atmosphere at all, and too many locals are allowed walk into the hotel at night.
