Nice place, terrible to customers.

This hotel has very nice facilities, but they continually try to take advantage of their customers. I visited with a group of 13, and, instead of paying 2,50 TL for one small 500mL bottle of water at their bar, the only place to find water in the entire hotel, we went to Migros and bought cheap water to bring back. The hotel manager stubbornly charged us an extra 4 TL for each 5 litre container of water we brought in. A classic example of a hotel taking advantage of their customers. We won't be returning again.
