If you havent been to Turkey before there’s a few things you should know. Both good and bad Good. It's so hot in July/August - the pool is lovely and cleaned daily. Rooms are cleaned daily and are modern. It's close to beach and shops. Dolmus is 2.90 for two into town. Restaurants on beach to go to are: somewhere else for evening meals it's Irish. Restaurant in town are: Yucca Planet Markets are brilliant - all the gear for cheap prices. Security Guards are on gates 24/7. Nice photographer in hotel. Best bbq night @ 60lira in the first week and 30lira for your second week, for 2 people. Music at the pool all day, pumping out the tunes! Good entertainment, but if you stay for 2 weeks it’s the same for the 2nd week. Bad Most hotels won't allow you to bring food or drink that has been bought from the shops or supermarkets. They will take confiscate it. Don't book any activities down at the beach strip. We booked the quads for a half day, which worked out 8euro cheaper each than the hotel price, but they picked us up in a Jurassic park jeep (older than my granny) and brought us to a dodgy abandoned apartment complex with dirty dogs all around and brought out quads (also as old as my granny) that kept breaking down! We got left behind loads of times! Good fun though and you look like you have a bad tan when you get off. Turks are very nice, but very persistent and will not leave you alone unless you get cross. No freezer in the fridge and its very small. Beaches are not for tourists, they are full of glass, dirty sand and fag butts everywhere. Food and drinks prices are doubled in hotels - such a rip off! Flights are 4 hours with no in-flight entertainment, so make sure to bring a portable DVD player and a pillow and blanket. In saying that I had a good holiday but it’s a big change from Spain, the Balerics and Cyprus holidays

I spent 2 weeks in Kusadasi staying in the Sea Pearl. I couldn’t fault it. The staff were amazing and very very friendly with really good English. I was very apprehensive. I was not looking forward to it at all but I would recommend Kusadasi to anyone and also the sea pearl. See ye next year boys.

A small coke was 3.50 and a large coke was 7.00, which was just a small coke with a lot off ice in it. The small shop at the corner charged 3.50 for a 3 litre which you’re not allowed to bring in so it all ads up. I wouldn’t recommended it if u have kids.

Had a great time at the Sea Pearl. It’s a fantastic hotel and all the staff are so friendly especially Maneira who worked in the bar. What a lovely girl. Had the buffet breakfast every morning, and the lunch you would definitely need the gym to work off all that food. Location excellent, just a short bus ride to Kusadasi every evening. Will be coming back again. Didn’t take part in the poolside activities but enjoyed watching those that did take part. There was always something going on. Well done to all the staff. Have stayed in many a hotel over the years but this is one of the best. Found a great restaurant in Kusadasi along the seafront called Marivista. Its part of hotel food was excellent. We went there most nights.

2009 was my first time in Turkey. The Sea Pearl Hotel is within reach of every thing. The staff could not have been nicer. It’s very clean and very well run. You don’t even have to get off your sun chair to get a beverage, the staff do that for you. I have been on sun holidays for the last 15 years and by far The Sea Pearl Hotel was the best.

The sea pearl hotel is excellent for all age groups; whether you’re a family of 4 or 10, a couple, a group of girls or lads the sea pearl has something for every one. The entertainment, the food, the staff & the hotel in general has everything you could wish for the perfect holiday. I have stayed at the sea pearl many times since I started to visit Turkey in 2001 and I have never had cause for complaint. Hopefully I will be back soon.
