Holiday Pricing Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are basic prices only. Certain tour operators could charge additionally for hotel under occupancy / ticket on departure charge / resort transfers / in-flight meals / pre-bookable seats. The total cost of your holiday will be confirmed at time of booking.
2. Price and availability information was correct at the date and time that they were received from the tour operator's computer system.
3. Prices are for return trips, per person and are subject to availability. Most are based on maximum occupancy. Supplements for fewer adults sharing may apply, and may vary depending on the time of year.
4. Certain tour operators add a charge to a late booking or 'ticket on departure' fee for departure dates close to the time of booking.
5. Most prices do include the Government Air Passenger Duty tax. Most prices don't include local entry and departure taxes levied by non-EU countries such as Turkey. You will be informed of any additional taxes before you confirm your booking.
6. Please note that for technical reasons connected with us providing you with the widest possible range of options, we're not able to display the names of specific hotels associated with some holiday packages. This information and more is available by telephone from our call centre.
7. Once booked and confirmed cancellation penalties of up to 100% may apply.
8. To defray the substantial fees and administration costs we incur when processing credit cards please note that an administration fee of 2.5% applies to each booking paid for by credit card. There is no charge for payments made using Laser Card.
