Cala San Vicente
Cala San Vicente, on the rocky northern coastline of Majorca, is one of the island’s smallest and most peaceful resorts, with an authentic Spanish flavour.
This quiet and serene resort, still a fishing port, is perfect for couples or families looking for a calm beach holiday. The charming village has plenty of character, with a magnificent stretch of coastline, sheltered by coves. Cala san Vincente is excellent hiking country, with walks on the coast giving stunning views of the Mediterranean.
Cala san Vincente holidays offer three largely unspoilt beaches, often shared with local fishermen repairing their nets. These are Cala Molins, the more secluded Cala Clara and the main beach Cala Barques, the most attractive of them all.
With only a handful of shops, bars and restaurants, a wider selection can be found in the nearby picturesque Pollensa. The quaint town with narrow streets is also the location of a popular Sunday market.
With the crowds and nightlife of bigger resorts on the island at a safe distance, Cala san Vicente is a refreshingly peaceful and quiet resort.
